Important Information:

• The registration fee covers, for each registered participant, the following expenses: conference material; lunches; coffee breaks; welcome cocktail.
• Social dinner is not included in the registration fee: its cost is 60 Euro per person; in the registration form you will be asked whether you want to participate and also how many accompanying persons you want to bring with you. The corresponding amount will be added to the registration fee.
• Receipts will be issued at the conference for both registration fee and social dinner.
• Participants are invited to book their accommodation as soon as possible; please see here for some suggestions.
• if necessary, you can request your wi-fi account at the Collegio, by sending a copy of your Identity Card or Passport to: brick@carloalberto.org by no later than June 19, 2009
• COMMUNIA members do not pay the registration fee, but they need to pay for the social dinner

The payment method of the registration fee is by bank transfer to be completed by June 12, 2009.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept payments by credit card. However, participants for whom it is impossible to pay by bank transfer, are allowed to pay cash (with a surcharge) upon arrival.

Registration fees
Regardless of the chosen payment method, it is essential to complete the online registration form by June 12, 2009: for organizational reasons, we need to know the exact number of participants by then. Registrations after June 12 will incur in a surcharge as detailed below.
