Our Commitment to Digital Accessibility
Fondazione Carlo Alberto is committed to enhancing the accessibility of the website https://www.carloalberto.org/ in order to improve the browsing experience for all users, including persons with disabilities, older adults, and individuals who may encounter difficulties with reading, writing, numeracy, and/or have limited language proficiency.
Our objective is to ensure that everyone has straightforward access to information about our initiatives and services, and to provide a browsing experience that is smooth, inclusive, and user-friendly.
Actions Underway to Improve Digital Accessibility
We have launched an accessibility review based on the W3C’s international WCAG 2.1 standards and, in collaboration with our digital partners, we are working to address any accessibility barriers identified.
This process involves a team of digital accessibility experts as well as individuals with different disabilities, who navigate the website using assistive technologies.
To carry out these activities, we have partnered with Yeah!, a social cooperative dedicated to the social and professional inclusion of persons with disabilities, which has issued the statement of commencement of work provided here.
