CCA welcomes three new Faculty members
We are pleased to announce the addition of three distinguished scholars to our academic community:
Francesco Colombo – Assistant Professor of Political Science
Francesco Colombo holds a PhD in Social and Political Sciences from the European University Institute (2022) and is a former post-doctoral researcher at Aarhus University. His research focuses on political behavior and public opinion, utilizing both experimental and observational data.
Giulia Gitti – Assistant Professor of Economics
Giulia Gitti recently earned her PhD in Economics from Brown University. Her research interests include macroeconomics and monetary economics, which she investigates through causal inference methods and structural models.
Ivan Petrella – Chair in Economics
Ivan Petrella (PhD in Economics, University of Cambridge, 2010) is also a Professor of Economics at the University of Turin (ESOMAS Department), a Professor of Economic Policy and Forecasting at Warwick Business School (currently on leave), and a Research Fellow at CEPR. His research interests span macroeconomics, monetary economics, and applied econometrics.
