Congratulations to the new Rector of the University of Turin

We warmly congratulate Professor Cristina Prandi on her appointment as Rector of the University of Turin for the 2025–2031 term.
Her election marks a historic moment: she is the first woman to hold this role in over six centuries of the University’s history. A distinguished scholar in organic chemistry and a top level researcher in the field of sustainable technologies, Professor Prandi brings deep experience and vision to this important position.
Prandi’s ambition to strengthen the ties between the University and society is deeply aligned with the Collegio’s mission. We look forward to continuing and strengthening the collaboration between the University of Turin and the Collegio Carlo Alberto under her leadership.
