Dr Roznai earned his Ph.D and is a Senior Lecturer alla Radzyner School of Law.
He will present his book, Unconstitutional Constitutional Amendments. The Limits of Amendment Powers (Oxford University Press, 2017). The book, which was awarded the ICON-S Book Prize 2018, deals from a comparative perspective with a very topical issue in constitutional legal studies, i.e. the limits to constitutional amendments.
Prof. Joerg Fedtke (University of Passau) will be the discussant. The presentation will be chaired by Dr. Riccardo de Caria (Universitu of Torino).
The book presentation is part of the research project on the constitutional traditions common to the Member States of the European Union, being an important moment of reflection to define the boundaries of the research.
