Daniela Del Boca wins 2021 Ezio Tarantelli prize for Labor Economics

Congratulations to Daniela Del Boca, Carlo Alberto Fellow, for having been awarded by the AIEL (Italian Academy of Labor Economists) the 2021 prize dedicated to the memory of prof. Ezio Tarantelli. Daniela was recognized in particular for her fundamental contributions to the economics of the household and for her efforts in highlighting and helping remove the barriers to women’s participation to the workforce.

Daniela was also praised for her efforts in implementing the impact evaluation approach and in spreading its usage among institutions that influence policymaking (Daniela is the head of the Collegio’s Impact Evaluation Unit).
