The aim of the workshop is to  present and discuss empirical results and methodologies of several evaluation studies of a wide variety of programs and social policies. The outcomes of interest are children’s cognitive and non-cognitive outcomes, several aspects of gender gaps, households labor supply. Results of the evaluations provide crucial information on the magnitude of the effects of the programs but also signal potential issues and provide recommendations on how to make programs more efficient.
