Giovanni Mastrobuoni and Giovanna Nicodano named CEPR fellows

The Collegio Carlo Alberto congratulates Giovanni Mastrobuoni, Carlo Alberto Chair and Giovanna Nicodano, Carlo Alberto Fellow and MaFIRM Director, who have been named CEPR Fellows from January 2021.

CEPR (https://cepr.org/) is a fully international network of approximately 1,500 research economists with a broad European base. The Centre promotes world-class research and helps get the policy-relevant results into the hands of public- and private-sector decision-makers. CEPR runs its own policy portal, which can be found at https://voxeu.org/.

The center is a distributed network of economists, who are affiliated with but not employed by CEPR, and who collaborate through the Centre on a wide range of policy-related research projects and dissemination activities. CEPR supports this with ‘network services’ including the organization of conferences and public talks, the handling of publications and outreach, and the winning and administering of research projects. Drawing together the expertise of its Research Fellows and Affiliates, CEPR initiates, funds and coordinates research activities and communicates the results quickly and effectively to decision makers around the world.

Giovanni Mastrobuoni has been appointed Fellow in the Labour Economics Program of and Giovanna Nicodano in the Financial Economics Program. The affiliation will last 4 years.
